No smoking facilty No Pets allowed Our condo faces iconic Alii Drive - the main road in Kona. There is road noise and probably not the best for light sleepers. We do what we can by providing white noise machines, insulating curtains and earplugs. You might spot some harmless geckos scurrying around. Annabelle was a great host and super friendly! We were here during the Kona Low and power was down across parts of Kona. Annabelle offer to Instacart flashlights for us which we thought was a very kind gesture. Overall, great location above Da Pole Shack, a staple for delicious poke in Kona.

Annabelle’s place in Kona was very nice. It had everything we needed. It was very spacious and right on the coast. If you stay here, you definitely need a rental car. It was very close to everything and amazing sites and great location.

The location is not centered in downtown Kona, but about a 4 min drive down the road on Ali'i. The mattress appeared brand-new, and all the photos were very accurate. The host's communication was very responsive and fast. There is a special manta ray tour discount we took advantage of, and it was a great group to go with, as they take 6 people per boat instead of 20-30 at a time. Pro-tip for soon-to-be visitors: If you are planning to visit Hilo, bring a spare toilet paper roll because many facilities are down and porta-potties are the only option until Hilo is reached. Road noise may be bothersome to some, but when it was beyond 10:00 PM, it was very quiet on the main road until about 6:00 AM commuting hours. Thanks, Annabelle, for a great location to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Annabelle's place! The location is breathtaking, and you are steps away from the beautiful blue ocean. Many things are within walking distance or a short 5-10 minute drive away. She had beach towels and beach chairs available for us which made for very convenient beach days! Would highly recommend!

Great condo just 10 min drive from downtown Kona-Kailua. Place is as described very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tube easy to use and is on the ocean front with access to beach and grill and even above a great poke shop. There is noise from the street so no good for any light sleepers but fine for us.

We are very happy that we stayed here. The location was convenient to the things that we wanted to do and we loved being able to sit on the lawn overlooking the ocean each day. While Annabelle and some reviewers mentioned the noisy street, it didn’t affect our ability to sleep at all. It quieted down around 8 and didn’t start up until the next morning around 7. Plus the sound of the air conditioner running at night (it was the only time that we felt that we needed to run it), served as great white noise. We had a minor maintenance issue and Annabelle responded immediately. The gentleman who came out to fix it was professional and personable. If we ever make our way to the island again, we’d definitely stay here.
