No Pets: We love animals, but this property is not pet-friendly. No Parties or Events: Please, no parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Only Registered Guests: The home is for the use of registered guests only. No overnight visitors without prior approval. Keep It Clean: Please treat the home with respect. Clean up spills promptly and place trash in designated bins. Kitchen Use: You're welcome to use all kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils—just kindly clean up after use. Children Supervision: The house is family-friendly, but adults must supervise children at all times, especially in the backyard. No Shoes Indoors (Optional): We’d appreciate it if you removed shoes inside the home to help keep floors clean. Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM: Late checkouts may result in an extra fee unless pre-approved. 🚫 No Illegal Activity We ask that all guests respect local laws and use the home responsibly. Illegal activity is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes, but is not limited to: Drug use or distribution Engaging in criminal behavior or any activity that violates federal, state, or local law Unauthorized gambling Sexual or exploitative activities Destructive behavior (e.g., vandalism, theft) 📷 Surveillance Cameras For your safety and security, we have security cameras installed outside the home only. We have 3 cameras- 1 at the front door, 1 in the driveway and 1 in the backyard.
