Our cozy condo is a blend of authenticity and relaxation- allowing you to experience the true spirit of Kona. This is a 2 bedroom townhouse located on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators. The first bedroom is on the Main floor, the second bedroom is in the loft space. The loft space does not have a door. Master Bedroom - King Bed - Main Floor Guest bedroom - Queen Bed - Loft Living room with Pullout Queen Sofabed Eating area- Kitchen counter, Dining Set, or Lanai Amenities include new AC, a fully equipped kitchen w/ cookware, plates, utensils, paper towels, dish & hand soap; lanai with dining set and ocean/mountain views, Smart TV, free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, community pool and grills, beach towels, free parking for your vehicles It is not uncommon to see large bugs or geckos outside and possibly inside of our unit. Minutes from historic sites, Kona coffee tours, and beach parks! - Nearest Commercial Airport: Kona International Airport (~9 miles away from the property) Hawaii County Restrictions: - Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors - Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area - Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite You might spot some tiny, harmless geckos scurrying around. These adorable creatures are a natural part of our ecosystem, helping keep insects at bay. Enjoy their charming company!

The Kona Trolley schedule is as follows: - Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm - Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm The trolley runs every 30 minutes, and the fare is $2 per ride. The trolley route includes stops at popular attractions and restaurants in downtown Kona, including the Kailua Pier, Hulihe'e Palace, and the Kona Farmers Market. The trolley is a great way to explore downtown Kona and avoid the hassle of finding parking.
