Per Palm Springs Short-Term Vacation Rental Ordinance. No sound amplifying devices (Speakers) may be used outside, if used inside noise shall not be heard from outside the property. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00pm and 8.00am is prohibited. We have a security camera in front of the house and also near the side entrance to the yard. We also have a Noise Detection device in the backyard. This will not record audio, this noise detection device only triggers at Decibel levels above thresholds set. Removing or unplugging of devices are subject to $1000 fine and eviction. The minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 10 (8 Adults plus 2 Children under 12 years) and no parties. PALM SPRINGS has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed. All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house, must be followed. Pool: No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The pool will not be heated upon arrival unless you make prior arrangements with the HOST (>48 hours prior to arrival) and have paid for pool heating. Lifeguard and Safety Signs: There is NO lifeguard on duty. GUESTS use the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and have agreed to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the HOST if accident should occur from use both proper or improper. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. Due to Continuous strong wings in the Palm Springs area, we have discontinued the use of umbrellas in the backyard. As they break and blow away with the wind, they are more of a danger to our guests than helpful. We have moved the lounge chairs to be under the covered patio area. City ID# 5023
