Annabelle’s place was an amazing v for a week long trip to the big island. Plenty of space, clean, two amazing pools, beach, great ocean view from the lanai and lots of extras in the apartment. Very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

I would definitely recommend staying here again. Location was within Walking distance or an inexpensive Uber for after dark and/or drinks of popular restaurants and shopping locations on the Kona Strip. Beach and pool on site were private and had a very cool vibe. Each Sunset there was a community gathering that included conch shell blowing when the sun went down. The location was gated, very private, and right on the water. We planned too many attractions and were sad that we only spent half of a day enjoying the amenities. This is this was the kind of place that you could get your groceries on the way in and never leave if you didn't want to. There was even an E bike rental hub a half a block away. Mahalo Annabell your place was perfect!

It’s was a great stay. The tubs for leftovers, and the staples in the fridge/cabinets were much appreciated. From the lanai we saw whales and/or dolphins nearly every morning. The outriggers coming and going in the mornings were delightful. As former outrigger racers, it’s been fun to see such a steady stream of them. Even saw a race of ones and twos one Saturday.

Our family of three had a wonderful stay at this Kona condo. The location was perfect and made a great home base for exploring the island. While the building is older, it’s very well maintained, and the unit itself was spotless, well equipped, and even included beach chairs and towels. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C made sleeping easy. The two pools were never crowded, and the complex was quiet and had a relaxed, friendly vibe. We especially loved the private beach area for morning coffee and evening sunsets, and the beautiful ocean view from the lanai was the icing on the cake. Annabelle was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would happily return.

Annabelle was quick to respond and always helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Having key codes made our late night check in easy. We loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear for our beach days. We found a few pantry/fridge items that helped as we made our grocery list for the week. We also found extra sunscreen and bug spray to use. We loved eating every meal on the lanai and listening to and watching the waves. The pools were wonderful and having a beach spot to lounge and watch the sunset each evening was delightful. A group of residents uses conch shells to announce sunset each evening which was special. We would absolutely stay here again!
